It was a pretty convenient location, very close from different subway, routes, and sightseeing spots. Hotel was clean and comforting, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was very clean and we were lucky to get a view of the water. Front desk staff were very friendly. Things we were fond of: - the sliding bathroom door was really hard to open and close - don't bother eating [breakfast] at the restaurant. Coffee had grounds in it. Not enough staff to keep it picked up. Impersonal. Breakfast wasn't worth the price.

Nice Hotel in Lower Manhattan

The room was very quiet, unlike some other hotels in Manhattan. One bonus is that the hotel is across the street from the Staten Island Ferry building, which has a lot of fast food restaurants. That can be convenient sometimes.

Really convenient for the subway up to midtown Manhattan. Easily walkable area for food and drink options. also can walk up to the world trade center area really easily. Ferry is a stone's throw away, the Brooklyn bridge is also really close. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and Bathroom nice. Coffee machine was a nice touch! All round nice stay - will stay here again if return to the city.
