As soon as we checked in we found the AC was not working. After informing the front desk they sent a guy who told us it would be okay within 30 minutes. The AC didn't fix until we checked out. Great location near the subway, but everything else fell short. No water bottles (a first in all my travels), no soap or bodywash on arrival, and a clogged sink that took forever to drain. The sink design was terrible — the tap blasted out water at full force with no way to adjust it. It splashed everywhere, and there's no way this setup is environmentally friendly given the sheer volume of water wasted. The shower was just as frustrating. The water temperature swung from freezing to scalding depending on what other guests were doing — we could hear every toilet flush and faucet turn on in nearby rooms. Room temperature wasn’t any better: below 73° felt like a freezer, above 74° like a desert. For some reason, housekeeping knocked over all our toothbrushes two days in a row and tossed our pajamas onto the floor. The night receptionist (guy with glasses) was unnecessarily rude, and the room faced a building that blocked all natural light — super dark.

Heidi was amazing. She was an exceptional front desk agent. She welcomed me with such a gentle smile which made the checking in process so smooth. I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed my stay. I hope she continues to work hard & becomes a manger because her people skills are amazing!!

I stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean and on the small side. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the hot water took forever to come in and did not stay a consistent temperature or flow and it ran out fairly quickly.

Overall nice room, there was an issue with both the ac in which we couldnt turn off and water temperature that was changing on its own in the shower, wasnt fixed even after the hotel engineer visted the room twice.
