We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The best part was definitely the location, it’s in a very convenient spot, close to everything we needed. However, there were several issues that took away from the overall comfort of our stay. The bathroom had a sliding door that didn’t close completely, which made it hard to have any privacy. To make things worse, the toilet often wouldn’t flush, and we ended up having to pour water into it using the ice bucket just to get it to work. One night, the hot water didn’t work at all, so we had to take cold showers. Cleanliness could have been better too. We found a used contact lens on the bed frame when we first arrived, which was pretty off-putting. Lastly, the elevators were incredibly slow. We often had to wait 10–15 minutes just to get to our floor, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time, which wasn’t ideal.

First we were supposed to receive our room at 3pm. We didn’t get our room until 3:45pm. Then the elevators in this place are horrible. We observed the house keeping staff holding a whole elevator while everyone was waiting in the lobby for 15 min. After that the elevators just take forever. Also a 15-20 min wait. Had to take the stairs to the lobby a few times. And The staff seem to not care at all. I will definitely not stay here again. I would rather pay extra money for a different hotel.

My biggest issue was that when I arrived, only one of the three elevators was working. One was finally fixed. But the elevators are small so only a limited number of people can fit in them at a time. I think I waited close to ten minutes at one point from my room floor to go down. Very frustrating.

Good location for walking to tourist sites, parking also across the street, staff was polite and helpful. Rooms small but do the job for a short visit. Our only issue was one of the elevators was out of service the second day. This made the wait for the two working elevators long. Staff tried to accommodate to ensure guest received their Hilton points.

The staff were really what made this stay great! They were always kind, always helpful, responding quickly to questions or requests. The room was standard and clean. Nothing special but fairly comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Two things have made me wonder if i will stay here again. One was that an alarm (fire or carbon monoxide, not sure which) went off twice in my room during my stay and there was no reason it should have gone off. The staff were very quick to address the issue and take a look at the alarm, and I was told "theyre really sensitive and sometimes this just happens." Not ideal at 6:30am. The other was that the thermostat and air con were not that effective at cooling the room and it was often a little humid feeling. However, like i said the room was clean, the staff was great, and the location was good.

Great stay

Hotel was clean, staff nice and responsive. AC ok with some issues with it turning off. 4 elevators but can take long time leaving from your floor. Full Gym access next door was great. Good central location B+

The room was clean, but the microwave was not stable and the shower was not hot enough. The bad part was the front desk staff at check in and on the phone. They made customers feel like second-class citizens if they don't have the diamond status of Hilton membership. While other Hilton offers free early check-in for Hilton members, this one does not. If a hotel chain offers membership, the membership shouldn't become an excuse to insult members.
