The elevators left a little to be desired, especially with one out service for almost the entire weekend, and the wait was already a little crazy, even at off times. But that’s understandable. Overall an excellent stay. When we checked in, our room had not been cleaned from the previous occupant — unmade bed, towels everywhere, messy bathroom, open bottle of water, etc. But the front desk sent someone up immediately with a new room assignment and vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which were very much appreciated. A+++++ customer service!

The hotel was clean and convenient. The only limit is that you could not get an elevator easily. The wait can easily go up to 15-20 minutes on peak times and if you are on the 24th floor, that could be a problem. Otherwise it was good
