Staff were very pleasant, and the location was quiet. The rooms were a decent size, but were in desperate need of an update. Beds were very springy and uncomfortable, bathroom door could not close unless slammed, enamel in bathtub chipping off, gouges in both bathrooms and main doors evident, walls were dirty. The walls were thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. We were comped one free breakfast from management as a result which was kind, given we were a family of four, valued at $25 each. It had minimal selection and did not look appetizing, so none of us really ate. Overall, it was as reasonably priced for NY standards, so I guess you get what you paid for.

The ladies at the front desk were fantastic! Kim in particular was very kind and accommodating. The hotel was in a walkable area but the room we were in was dark and the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it flaking off.

Don’t stay here!

Hotel is old, rooms do not look clean, hot water system doesn’t work well. In the sink it’s either ice cold water or boiling hot where I almost burned myself. Dangerous and I’m surprise if they don’t already have lawsuits on this issue. I asked for a quiet room on upper floor. I got a room on 3rd floor by executive office and where they damp all their garbage so it’s noisy every night/early morning.

Close to everything and could easily get transportation! When we showed up our rooms was not cleaned and they upgraded us! No complaints.
