The staff was professional, polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in Chelsea. Car service was offered yo tje airport which allowed us to leave our bags after checking out and do more shopping before going to the airport. Hotel was warm and toasty and everythi g was very nice.

The hotel was a perfect location, central to every popular destination I was interested in visiting. Staff was nice, welcoming, and even offer ride to the airport for less than Uber charges.
