The room was incredibly hot. The furnace had no source to just be set at a certain temperature. It was either 90 degrees (even though I had it at 68) or I had to turn it off completely to cool down the room because I was getting sick from being overheated. So I’d have it on, the room would get so hot and then I’d have to turn it off and I’d wake up in the middle of the night to a room that was 43 degree and freezing. I never got more than 4 hours of sleep. I asked the front desk for a different room but was told they were fully booked. No maintenance was offered. To have to pay 700.00 to sleep in a room where I was freezing all night or so hot I thought I was going the throw up, just didn’t see right. I’d like a refund.

The room was not in good condition, we had to move out after getting comfortable and unpacked. The TV was not in working order, the maintenance man was unable to fix so we were able to move to another room. The room was dated, in need of repairs. Needless to say we were surprised how dated the room was. The breakfast was nice but not enough tables, we had to sit in a cold area that was an add on. No heat. The elevator worked well. Staff was nice. It would be nice to have the entire hotel refurbished.. definitely needs the aesthetics

The following issues with the room that four adults stayed: 1) Bathroom door did not completely close! Unacceptable 2) Dresser was so BROKEN that the drawers were unusable!! 3) Had to get keys rekeyed each time we got back to room as they did NOT work from previous time. Had to do it 4 times in one day!! 4) Shower door leaked 5) Lamp on desk was strobing This hotel was very expensive and we were SHOCKED to find the condition of the room. They decided they could NOT repair any of the issues and offered to move us to a different room multiple days into our stay if we could do so in 15 minutes - which we could not. They offered a slightly reduced rate during the chaos but then attempted to avoid fulfilling the offer during checkout. Overall, the worst hotel experience we have ever had and we travel often. Do NOT stay here if you can avoid it!
