The staff are very helpful to make your stay comfortable. When I first arrived I was not expecting the size of the room to be so small. I double checked it was the right room. The street view I absolutely loved with the NY skyline. The air con was not working and there was this terrible wind draft noise so I couldn’t sleep. The staff offered a room on the 7th floor claiming it to be the only one in the hotel available. It was not a good room. Next day I got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed. The cooling worked and it was super peaceful and quiet. It didn’t have as good a view as the first room but it still has a view! I found the hotel to be in walking distance to everything. I never used public transport and walked everywhere. There is lots of police presence at night walking back to the hotel. The bar man at the bar was very friendly too! I liked the flooring of the room. Thank you for making my stay memorable. I loved that the hotel did popcorn for the kids or anyone who wanted in the afternoon.

My stay at this hotel was good, it was clean which is always a big plus for me. We just had a little 10-15 minutes wait for the elevator. But overall I would definitely would stay again and recommend.

Location is good for Penn Station or walking to Times Square area. Room is clean, elevators slow, bed a bit too low and soft to get a really good nights sleep. If you want quiet, get a room facing the courtyard. No view but no traffic noise at all. We went elsewhere for breakfast -prices in hotel high. Walk to corner of 9th Ave for really good deli bacon,egg & cheese sandwich for about $6.

I would say the space was too small for two people to sleep in. The king size standard bed was not it. Also, the front desk one of the customer service representative had an attitude when asking questions. I was told at the desk that I had to pay a deposit which I wasn’t informed about. Still haven’t received my deposit back and it’s been 2 weeks. The only decent thing is walking distances to the main attractions area

This was by far my best experience staying at one of the IHG hotels! The front desk staff was always pleasant and professional. A special mention and deep gratitude to floor staff, Elvis R. He was extremely thoughtful and helpful, when he learnt I had a bad fall on my way to NYC and gave me all the assistance I needed with alcohol wipes and bandaids, to get myself back on my feet in no time to attend all my work meetings on time.

Our stay at voco Times Square was excellent! From the front desk and bell staff to the bartender and security team, everyone was friendly and helpful—especially when we asked for local recommendations. The location was perfect—right in Midtown, close to everything, but just far enough from the hectic pace of Times Square to enjoy a peaceful stay. We really appreciated the balance of convenience and comfort.
