Sketchy area

Inside the lobby area was nice and had a very comfortable setting, but the elevators were very small very old and the hallways were quite dark and gloomy. The room was extremely small and very old. But we checked out of the hotel early because the surrounding area was full of homeless people drug addicts and a very unsafe area.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Parking was close by, room was very clean. We only stayed one night but definitely would stay again if I'm in the area. Very close to many amenities like the Madison Square garden.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was small with only a double size bed. The room was in good condition with large windows but lacked adequate lighting. Close to Penn Station was definitely a plus. Elevators were fast ( a plus during check in and check out times).
