For the price, you can't beat it!

This is my third stay at this property. The affordable nightly rate, free parking and convenient location in Brooklyn makes it an easy choice when visiting the city by car. So many great places to shop and eat within walking distance, Barclay Center and Subway system. The rooms are clean and comfortable and include a small fridge and Keurig. The space feels fresh and modern. The staff is friendly and professional.

Very small room w bathroom facing side of bed. No cups in there. Put own towels away first morning. Blow dryer inoperable- returned to desk. Shorted towels on second night. Asked for replacement dryer. You need to go to lobby to ask staff for ice, no machine. Almost $300/night? I don’t recommend.

The good - This was overall a nice stay for a few days while I was in town for a craft market. I booked last minute due to issues at an Airbnb, they were able to accommodate me. Free parking on site was a fantastic bonus. So much was within walking distance, so I was able to leave my car and not worry about driving in the city The room overall was nice despite some issues. Overall I felt comfortable and did enjoy my stay. The room felt large compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in brooklyn. The less good - Upon arrival, my room smelled strongly of cigarettes that had been covered up with a scented spray. Also, my fridge was broken. I alerted the front desk and the gentleman was very concerned, he tried to help but no rooms were available to switch me to that night. They offered to spray my room for the scent, but I thought that might just make it worse. It would have been better if there was a way to open the window My room didn’t have a balcony - I thought from the Expedia listing that there was some shared balcony at the top of the building so that was a little misleading - definitely a no fills type of stay without breakfast or anything like that. There was a coffee maker in the room. Overall - It was a pleasant stay. Mostly clean other than the scent, and the staff was very friendly. Truthfully I would consider staying here again despite the issues. The location felt safe, walkable, and kind of quiet for brooklyn.

Parking was key. There was parking right in front of the building. The location was also good. There were lots of restaurants and the Barclay Center within walking distance. The room itself was nothing great. There was a half curtain separating the bedroom and bathroom. So, there was zero privacy. This was very awkward and uncomfortable.
