The staff is gracious and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with good amenities. It was immaculate. The furniture and decor is older and worn in areas, but the bed and linens were comfortable. The area in Koreatown is excellent and the hotel is located on a quiet block.

Great place

Bathroom had hair on the sink and floor. There is a staple in the rug on the floor. Kept catching my socks. Pillows not very soft. Everything else was wonderful. Service and staff very friendly and nice. Bartender Moe was very friendly, nice and accommodating. Waiter, hostess, barista, all the same guy at breakfast was fantastic. He was by himself and was very busy but he was great.

Not a fan of the “destination fee” we were charged with no explanation. Only one elevator worked. Listing brags sound proof rooms. They are not sound proof. We paid extra for a city view- the view was vent hoods on the building next door. They were nice enough to hold our bags while we explored the city after we checked out.

Despite they charge you a destination fee plus tax per day. They have a very good customer service and clean nice small Hotel. Convenient location in the middle of Midtown

I would never stay here again. How do you have ONE elevator working that both staff and guests have to use. Then you charge a resort fee for what? These should have been at least waived for the inconvenience. Many times my Uber had to wait on me just to get downstairs as I was on the 14th floor. The room’s extra small. I didn’t like this hotel at all. The elevators was the worse. I could deal with small rooms but fix your elevators or lose down until you can
