Front desk was having computer issues. The hotel staff constantly using one of the two elevators. Takes forever to get an elevator. Used the stairway and it was dirty and filled with garbage.

Great Stay — Everything Was Perfect Everything was great. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good layout. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, but still peaceful inside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great hotel within walking distance of most things, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the view was AMAZING. breakfast was delicious and plenty of options available. Would stay here again.

overall good

In general it was good, location is amazing very central and close to touristic spots. Room was quite spacious compared to the local standards. Negative points: we did not get room cleaning many days, which made us to start requesting it. Free breakfast is a huge plus, but the space is way too small for the amount of guests. The same for the elevators.
