Room was clean and cozy, bathroom was fine as well. Room was not ready on time. Unfortunately, the room ended up being without a view unlike the pictures advertised, even though I had requested a high floor. Lobby was small with only one common area unisex single stall bathroom. There was also a strong smell in the lobby and the elevators. The pillows were not very comfortable and felt like they were filled with choppy material. Mediocre hotel with a pretty high bill.

The room did not have a shade and looked out directly on an office building that was lit up. The noise was horrible. No wonder they left earplugs on the bed.

Room was clean & comfortable for the cost. Lobby is minimal. Breakfast is so-so with very inadequate seating for guests. Variety could be better. Scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a box. French toast was very over cooked. This hotel is in an excellent location and served it's purpose for a comparatively affordable overnight stay.

The only bad part was the elevator noise. We were on the 25th floor and the constant banging from the cables and the elevator itself was honestly unbearable. Other than that, everything else was great

The check in was poor. 32 minutes waiting as no1 in the queue til we got a room key Room was so noisy on the 20th floor, somehow. Like the windows were terrible. Staff we're really pleasant. Breakfast was ok but the room is very small and often no seats.
