Stayed at Ink 48 while in town for my wife's birthday. The service was excellent from the doormen, bellhop, cleaners and front desk. The hotel is in great condition and has a roof top patio and lounge that gives you a 360 view of the city and the incredible sunsets. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC, the location is perfect for getting around town.

Although the location is a few blocks from Times Square, the walk is easy and relaxing. The facilities, staff, restaurant, bar and all the amenities were terrific. We will recommend it to friends!

Best location off the busy tousiticc area's but right next to it. Walking distance from time Square, Broadway show and a slew of excellent restaurants. And best of all it's one block away from the cruise ship terminal. We had no problem just walking there with the rolling suitcases.

I was in the elevator when a large metallic ceiling panel and light fixture fell and missed me by inches. The hotel staff didn't seem at all concerned for my safety. They were more caught up in getting the elevator operational.

Nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. Coffee station in the room and complimentary water were not part of the stay, which would have made a difference. The area is okay, but a little further out from bustling areas, not a far walk though, just a little less atmosphere. The rooftop bar has an excellent view.
