This is a very nice hotel. Just a problem with the reservation checking in and while they did rectify, took a while. Not sure if glitch was Expedia or the hotel but they could not find my confirmed reservation number. Hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. Will give benefit of the doubt on long check in process.
