Extra fees on top

Hotel is reasonably well located in midtown, though not far from a dispensary and a corner popular with the homeless. Extra fees added on top that are very high. Rooms are a good size though and overall stay was good.

We were provided room 507. Facing the street and right in from of the Kixby sign that was lite all night. The light reflexed into our room and it was like day time in our room at nite. At 3 or 4 in the morning, trucks with loud bangs and men talking loudly while working on the street. The windows do not appear to be sound proof. You can hear everything. Could not get a good nights sleep.

Great location

Great location. Boutique style hotel, with a handy restaurant/bar attached called the black tap. Really good burgers there! We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere from this central location. The bed was very comfy too.

The room was surprisingly large for NYC. Everything was very clean. The rooftop bar was closed since it's winter, but we could still access the rooftop terrace and the view of the Empire State building was amazing. The location is very convenient. The street outside was a little noisy but that's to be expected for NYC. Overall great stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

NIce hotel.

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Cool restaurant right next door. For some reason they thought it was a good idea to make their room keys the size of a postage stamp. Kept dropping them when trying to make the elevator work. Half of the time, the keys would not work on the elevator and I had to take the steps. Also, they have a new, modern technology, safe which I could not figure out how to operate. That could just be me.
