Absolutely Magical Stay in New York ✨ This hotel was truly magical and an experience I will never forget. We stayed in a glass room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and at night the city lights surrounding us were breathtaking. During the day, the views were just as beautiful—and waking up to snow falling over the city felt like something out of a movie. Even though the room was small, it was absolutely worth it. Being able to see the city while relaxing and even as you drift off to sleep is something you don’t experience everywhere. It made our New York trip feel extra special and romantic. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very festive during the holidays, which added to the overall charm and atmosphere of the stay. This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s an experience. If you want to truly feel New York, especially during the winter, this is the place to stay. Loved every moment!

No warning about overwhelmingly slow elevators. wait times reached 15 minutes at times. They don’t respond to the text messages. someone billed coffee to my room and the kid at the desk said he couldn’t do anything about it. Bathroom was dirty and sheets had holes in them. Will not stay again

Room was very clean, staff was welcoming. Ordered room service never received. They said I need to go pick it up. Asked to speak with manager of restaurant, did not respond. Called front desk and spoke with hotel manager. Money was returned and hotel manager was very nice. It was they offer room service but no one was there to deliver

Room was very clean but very small. Cleaning/maintenance people working the floor kept opening and closing doors which caused unnecessary hallway noise. Elevator wait time can be excessive.

Location is good, the place is clean and the people friendly. but for the price you pay, you need to receive a much better stay. There were times with no hot water. There was even a case where there were no water at all. One of the elevators didn’t work, which created a bottleneck of waiting for an elevator for about 10 minutes. They didn’t give us the VIP awards from Expedia.
