We liked that there was food on the property, staff was friendly and check in and check out was quick. It was incredibly clean. We only had an issue with the room next door that was very noisy and having a party with a large number of people in the room. We are aware of the lounge/ bar on the property that operates until 2 am. A suggestion for the future would be perhaps setting a room guest number limit, or perhaps having check in requirements be at 21 , since the guests disturbing others seemed to be underage.

Super location…paid a lot for facilities that couldn’t be used with the cold weather (outside bats and rooftop pool) Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Loved the decor of rooms,…particularly enjoyed the whale tail taps :) Shame breakfast was so expensive/not included, so I ate elsewhere

Booked here instead of Hard Rock (where i stayed last time in NYC) because it was a little less. Then on check in after i paid in full on expedia they hit me with an extra "resort fee" $59 a night. First night the wife and i had dinner somewhere else and wanted to come back to hotel for dessert. Go to the restaurant and saw at least eight open tables and was literally denied seating because we didnt want a "big meal" wth??? Went back today before we checked out this morning to get " free breakfast" went to restaurant again and was told i had to go to another floor get some kind of meal voucher and would cover part of the meal rest would be charged to my room. A pretty nice place room was clean but very small for average almost $400 a night. Resteraunt staff or at least reception was terrible borderline rude and for that alone I will never go back.
