Beautiful hotel close to everything. Very clean beautiful decorated but room was very small for the price you pay. When booking through Expedia they mentioned hotel was vip, but we did not get anything a side from a mini bottle of Prosecco. Would not return

Margaritaville was great location, clean rooms.

Great stay, rooms are very clean and beautiful. The hotel could not accommodate an additional night stay which was disappointing. Dinning was not as good in the hotel. They were short staffed at both restaurants. Overall stay was great.

Great rooms with a perfect location in Times Square. Plenty of choices for eating, drinking, and shopping on property. Rooms have technology built in, with a bonus ceiling fan in our room.

Known to falsey fine $000s in smoking fines.

Awful experience at this hotel. I travelled as solo female and was there to celebrate a milestone birthday. My intial impression of the hotel was fantastic but that quickly turned to a ruined birthday and holiday when they Falsely accused me of smoking and fined me $500 without any investigation. Have since seen reviews on Trip advisor that this is a regualar occurrence. I was made feel like lying criminal abd they took $440 off ny creodt card while i was there (in addition to the resort fees I did owe). In relation to the resort fees, its $60 per day, and all i got for that was 2 bottles of water per day. No wifi given to me, no slippers, no in house credit. Total rip off and potential scam.
