The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and the on-site restaurant, Serafina, had lovely ambiance and food. I couldn’t have asked for a better quick getaway to NYC.

Staff were not knowledgeable about their own rooms . I was entitled to a room upgrade if available and person I was with booked same room at same time . I called day prior and asked again while there if the room was in fact a king bed . Told yes both times and it definitely was not . Rude staff , most not helpful would say that a certain department job and then would go back to doing nothing . Stay somewhere else

A great location but I paid extra for a ‘city view’ expecting to see some of the city and we over looked an office block and could see anything else. Wouldn’t recommend paying the extra for that as we would have looked at the same office block on the lower cheaper floors. We were there for five nights and had a cleaning trolly outside our room for three nights that we had to squeeze past. The room smelt of drains for a few nights but maintenance just sprayed some air freshener to mask the smell. The staff were great and the bar area was cozy and our room was clean and comfy.

I was supposed to receive a bottle of wine, I did not get it. I did not have hot water for most of my stay and the water in my room was brown so I could not brush my teeth or shower. I asked to be switched to another room and the only room they offered was half the size and they did not offer any compensations for this.
