Our stay was excellent. We got there early around 9am to check our bags in and they let us have our room immediately! It was a great start for us. Our room was spotless and perfect. Very quiet. We enjoyed the pillows and bed. They were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was the room temperature. They didn’t serve regular coffee at the bar, so we asked for a kettle. They brought it right up to our room and we used instant coffee we brought. It was perfect. The top bunk was so warm all night and because of this we turned the heat down which made the bottom bunk extra cold the rest of the night. We would definitely stay here again. It exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location, warm in winter, close to time square and subways. The rooms are very small but pretty clean and practical. I would also like to thank the hotel for receving me a package many days prior to my arrival.

Great budget hotel. Prime location very walkable area to pick up food and use transit. Be prepared for a small room and no refrigerator or coffee maker. They were definitely missed. Felt safe and had great views out of the large windows.

great stay! right in the city, amazing prices. clean and nice room. very kind and sweet staff! me and my boyfriend had an overnight drive and wanted to check in as early as possible. they let us check-in at 6am instead of 3pm, and even upgraded us. very amazing and satisfied!
