Great central location, near to the best shows on Broadway & Times Square. Reception staff were really nice & helpful. Our room, for 2 people, was clean, well equipped for cooking. Large shower & double bed, dining table & chairs were comfortable. Free use of safe & air con. Was a little noisy at night (4th floor overlooking the road ) but no noise from other guests. Would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent being very close to Times Square Roosevelt Center just to name a few. Our suite was very clean with housekeeping daily. We intend to stay again.

The Apartment is very much accessible and location perfect. The staff were all so helpful and nice, brilliant service! The room is fully functional i nluding the use of laundry is so helpful. Will highly recommend the place for any NY visitors.

Money was taken from hidden compartment in locked luggage. I was compensated but only half the amount as it was perceived a shared failure of responsibility because I did not use the room safe and all their employees have never been reported of theft. Well, then this would be the first. I’m not sure why a securely locked luggage should be seen inferior. Regardless, be especially vigilant of your valuables should you decide to stay here. Also not recommended for those who are sensitive to traffic noise. They are very much audible despite on the upper floors

The property is in a great location, close central Manhattan. The staff were very helpful and accomadating and the price is excellent for what you get. The room had a fully eqiuped kitchen with nice cooking and essentials like washing up liquid, salt and pepper, tea towels. Taxi was easy to get to the airport and a good amount of places to eat.
