The Renaissance Times Square Hotel is clean, quiet, centrally located in the heart of Times Square. The room was amazing: the bed was super comfortable, the room was super clean, and had great features. The staff were friendly and happy to help if you had any questions. I highly recommend staying here, as it quickly became our home away from home!!!

The Renaissance New York Times Square is the best. The hotel is very beautiful, staff is very accommodating, and the location is perfect. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Friendly hotel in a great location.

Great location for easy travel around NY by subway. Right in the center of Times Square so hectic and crowded, but close to theatres and tkts. Hotel staff were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. Room was large, clean, and comfortable , and very quiet.

For the price there absolutely should have been at least an hour or two in the morning of free coffee. Other than coffee pod in the room you had pay minimum 6.50 for small black coffee (the lowest price) and went from there. Just having a complimentary coffee/tea station would have gone a long way!!!

I've been to New York a few times and never had a bad experience. I was disappointed this time , the beds were very uncomfortable . We were in front of the laundry room and it was soo loud it was kind of scary . 8:00 am you could hear the housekeeping team outside our door being noisy , extremely noisy We did not get a good sleep neither of the 3 days we were there . Staff was nice and location is great but the hotel is way to pricey for what it has to offer . I've payed less and had a way better experience in Times Square before .

There was no dining options. If i had known i would not have booked the hotel. We had to pay for wifi when this is included in most hotel rates. We arrived at check in time and still had to wait an hour for our room. They didn't even provide complimentary water for the room and we had to travel 7 floors just to get ice! Even the front desk staff looked miserable not even a smile upon check in nor did they ask if we enjoyed our stay. The owner should seriously look into improving not just the restaurant they are renovating but also train staff on what hospitality is.

The staff was nice enough. The rooms were fairly clean. The restaurant was closed, which was a huge part of why we stayed at the hotel so that there would be late night food options. There was no other amenities offered VIP status was not acknowledged.
