Great front desk. Makes checking in after a long day stressfree and fun. Spacious room. Was concern with being on 5th floor will hear lots of traffic but I didn't. Room is clean, with safe deposit, mini refrigerator...will come back again for sure.

Would definitely stay here again!

I’m so glad I stumbled across this hotel online. What a great hotel! I loved the ambiance, the room size was bigger than most hotel rooms in manhattan, and the staff was very friendly. The only drawback was a fairly firm bed but that’s personal taste.

It was just what we needed - very close to multiple subway stops and lots of good eating options and it was located in a safe walkable area. The hotel also had a nice lounge area to read or chat and we had a decent sized comfortable/clean room. Would definitely stay again.

Great roomy hotel

I have stayed there for business twice. I like that it has a spacious lobby and rooms are a good size as well in comparison with the new tiny hotels. The location is great too, near to Central Park and Times Square. They had and issue with one of the elevators this one last time, however they allowed to use the service elevator and that helped. I will stay there again.

Do not stay here! I haven't even checked out, n I have to do this. Booked first night n 2nd/3rd separately cos they didn't have the corner king on the first, checked out 9:30am to switch room, called twice at 1130 then 130, room was still not ready, n told me they could only guarantee at 4pm. Came back to the hotel at 3pm, gave me the same, n I said that all the front desk staff managers knew that I wasn't a fresh check in, but a room switch, they should have prioritized my room instead of telling me that "room's still not ready" after I was out for half a day, I had no room to rest, work n wash up even tho I paid 3 nights straight. The manager that "helped" me when i first checked in went inside by purpose. Strangely enough, right after I complained in person, the room was ready. Just DO NOT STAY HERE.

CLEAN hotel, comfortable beds!

Overall a nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Pros: The bed was super comfy and both of us slept great. Great location, lots of things within walking distance. The room was clean! Sometimes hard to find in these NYC hotels, regardless of ownership. The furniture was in great condition. The room was large in comparison to other area hotels. Had plenty of storage, a closet with plenty of hangers, safe, mini fridge. Cons: The shower… I didn’t take a picture but the shower head was mounted in the corner of the wall. It aimed straight out towards the bathroom, not like a regular shower/bath where it’s in line with the tub. Water ran straight over the shampoo dispenser and would wash it out of your hand as you dispensed it! Somewhat frustrating. The elevators: one was out of service and it took a long time to get one. In the morning you had to wait 10-15 minutes in line to get on the one working elevator. The stairwell is locked so you can’t even just walk up. We were on the 2nd floor so that was frustrating. Lastly, nit picking, but the furniture in the room was sort of disheveled. One side of the TV stand was pulled away from the wall, a large mirror just leaned up against the wall instead of securely mounted, artwork just leaning on the wall on the tv stand. Wasn’t so much of an issue as much as I feel like it should be taken care of so the customer doesn’t see it like that. Overall, liked it the most of the Times Square area hotels I’ve stayed in. We will return!
