Our bathroom (shower and sink) had no hot water and given that it was below freezing during our visit, it was just horrendous. Also, the room heater was so loud that we weren't able to sleep when it was on, so we opted to turn it off and then were quite cold in the room as we slept. The hotel staff were friendly, but the room was so utterly unsatisfactory that I would not stay here ever again.

I had a great stay but the resort fee is kind of ridiculous. There are very little amenities on property and aside from 2 bottles of water I’m not sure what $123 for 3 days got me.

Best hotel. Also, all of our transportation options to leave the city were canceled for Sunday do the impending storm and they were nice enough to let us cancel our Saturday evening stay so that was great of them.

Location is great. People were very kind. Easy check in and out. Maid service was great. Lobby was great to hang out in and work in. They have a convenient cafe and a night time piano lounge. Very good vibes for its value. Improvements: Need better set up for usb connections beside the beds. If you have 3 people or are staying longer, there is limited drawer space.y daughter and I had to keep all our clothes in our luggage. If you want to work in the room, the plugs maybe an issue, their desk really isn’t made for working on if you need that. Lastly, shower temperature was not consistent and can get really hot or really cold fast.
