From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted kindly and with professionalism. Even with a small glitch in our part, the situation was resolved with ease. We are so disappointed to hear that this hotel is closing for over a year for upgrading to be “better” because we feel it’s perfect as is. With “better” comes pricier and this is now an affordable already better option.

Best hotel ever!!

It was so amazing the room was so spacious and had everything we could need! It had a fridge a full size bathroom and a lot of storage place and is located perfectly ! I will be staying here anytime I’m in new york

Unsafe

Platform bed, can’t close drapes. Have to climb and cannot climb. No grab bar in shower. 2nd room had uneven floor- dangerous. Has to be reported to proper authorotied.

Staff was excellent! Great location, easy walk to Times Square and Broadway shows. Room was small but for the price and location it was well worth it. I would stay there again.

Location was perfect and the room was clean however needs repairs and updating. Wallpaper peeling in areas. All of the light fixtures were broken or damaged. For the cost, a room in better condition was expected. The staff was super polite and helpful.
