Great hotel! Perfect location to get to Time Square. Very quick walk to Rockefeller, shopping, Broadway, and the subway. We'd definitely stay again!

Worst place I ever stayed at. The second the elevator opened up the smell that hit us like a sweaty smell it was the worst smell ever. As excited as I was to lay down after my flight I couldn’t sleep for few reasons The alarm kept going off and it was super loud. Lots of banging and out of nowhere I smelled a horrible smell almost as if the toilet was clogged.. the whole stay was super noisy I barely got sleep I had to book another hotel.

This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores, and is literally steps away from Times Square. It’s no frills, but does the job if you plan to stay a night or two. Be sure to bring earplugs and your own toiletries (shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs etc.) because those are not provided by the hotel.

I was a little worried about the past reviews about the check in process. I had a smooth and friendly experience. The room was clean, cute and has a huge bathroom! The finishes were nice and my room faced a quiet street. I was even granted a late checkout for 12:30pm with no extra charge (anything later than that is $50 for each hour over checkout time).
