The room was adequate. A lot of marks over the walls, under the bed had rubbish, so not vacuumed. Bathroom light was fault and kept flickering, we found stains on the bed under the sheets. Cleaning lady mopped the floor with a towel under her shoe. Also the toilet seat was cracked so every time someone sat down it would pinch the leg. Also, one of the seat seats for the dining table is broken and I almost fell off the seat. I give it three stars because of the staff I spoke to and I needed a place to sleep.

We had a large room with kitchen facilities which we used to make cups of tea, instant noodles and toast for the kids. The floor was not perfectly clean and some of the furniture is a little older, but the beds were comfortable and my children were happy to have YouTube on the TV! The staff was kind - he loaned me an adapter and fixed the kettle. It is close to a lot of Asian food eateries which was great! It is also close to the rugby stadium which is why we chose to stay here. It was a bit noisy at night with cars and people walking by - maybe after the rugby or after drinks (it was a Friday night). Our room was upstairs which made carrying luggage more difficult, but it was away from the carparks which was good.

I will not recommend the place. It was in a bad condition, very old and dirty. We travel a lot and this was the worst we ever stayed in. Close to Mall and restaurants though.

Parking and shopping were fine, but there was a slug on the bathroom floor, floor has dried powder from cleanser, bed was broken and unsafe, overhead fan was missing 2 fan blades, making it unsafe to use, faint musty sewer type Oder, which might account for the slug which appeared to have crawled out of the bathroom drain!

The little details mattered a lot to me, and they certainly met my expectations. With daily room service provided without needing to request it, I appreciated that there was even dishwashing liquid available for the dirty dishes. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Overall, it was great value for money, and I will definitely come back again.

The booking in was fine with friendly staff member. The property is in a handy location, and the carparking was good. The interior was in need of a renovation I felt, with a large gap under the main door so keeping the room warm meant the running of a very noisy heating system.

I have booked and paid a Studio having a Queen bed and a single bed. But when I finished check in, I took the key of room 25 and went to the room 25, I found the room was a small room with just one bed! It's late night around 11pm, the receptionist has been gone.
