The staff at the front desk is almost nonexistent. Consistently not there to help. Additionally the property itself wasn’t the most clean experience.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Was able to park in street when got there. Parked in garage around corner after that. Room was a little worn so if ur picky may not be for you. Bedding and pillow super comfy and im picky about that. I would definately stay again.

There should be more hooks in the bathroom particularly in the shower. The shower curtain was not effective in preventing the floor from getting wet. Staff was very good

Stayed here for one night because of its location to the Peloton Studios. I was with another woman (friends not a couple) and booked a twin/double room expecting twin beds. Upon checking in, was told that room type did not exist. So we shared a bed. It was fine for one night. Expedia needs to change the description. However, if you have the light on in the bathroom, the person on the other side of the wall can see into the shower. So we showered (separately) in the dark. A really bad design feature. The bed is a mattress on a platform and it was comfortable enough. The tub shower was so deep it was hard to get into. And for some odd reason the shelf with the towels on it was 6 inches from the ceiling. We had to climb on the toilet to get them. The common areas are nice. Has a nice rooftop bar.

New management at this hotel has driven it into the ground. This used to be a sophisticated boutique hotel and now it is a bit of a dump. So dissapointed. Loved the location, but I will never go back after having been many times in the past.

The walls are extremely thin and I could hear my neighbor hacking up his lungs. I also am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that there was a dirty tissue on the floor when we walked in

Needs to more attention to cleanliness, one of my towels in my room was falling apart and shredded on one end. Big cockroach came on the towel on my last day staying. Staff was great, but property definitely needs some upkeep and janitorial work.

We refused to stay in after seeing the state of the property. Room was covered in cracks both on the walls and wooden fixtures. Stains on the floor near the need that looked like bodily fluids. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE COURTAINS AND POINTED AT THE BED FOR VIEWING! Absolutely disgusting. Now the place is trying to refuse a refund. Please somebody from Expedia contact me

I had a wonderful stay at this property in the heart of Chelsea, Manhattan. The location was incredibly convenient — close to everything I needed and surrounded by amazing food options, from casual bites to upscale dining and lots of art exhibitions! The room itself was unique and thoughtfully designed. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood!
