Stayed 7 nights. Perfect location for some restaurants and theaters. Hotel is older but was clean and not noisy. Disappointed in food offering. One guy at the bar was very nice, other not so much. Coffee crummy and $5.00. Breakfast buffet only had 4 offerings and was $20.00. Housekeeping staff great. No bottled water in room, $3.75 from machine in lobby. Soft drinks $4.00.

This hotel was disgusting. I called multiple times and no response. There was feces in the bathroom on the walls, dirty and used bed sheets. Floors made our socks almost black and there was food on the edges where it had not been cleaned. To make it all worse - I was given the wrong type of room than what I ordered from Expedia. DO NOT use this hotel.

I’m going to start by saying that I’m very low maintenance. I just want a bed I could sleep on and a clean room. That being said, I was charged for my room the day of my booking but I hadn’t even made it to hotel yet. I was supposed to pay at property. Anyway, I make it there but my room wasn’t even ready. The pictures on the website look like a paradise version of real life. There are similar set ups but it will never be that bright, clean or anything. When I make it to my room, I can’t even open the door all the way because we had a furniture block the door. And there’s confetti on the floor. I check for bed bugs and there are none. So that’s why this has stars. The bathroom is clean enough and the shower, toilet and sink works. The lights are on a timer so if you spend awhile in the bathroom, you’ll be in the dark. I didn’t notice until 2 days into my stay but the pillows and blanket has what looks like dried blood stains and some other slightly yellow stains on it. Too late… I just try to ignore it. The noise from outside doesn’t bother me, but man, cleaning staff is noisy all through the day until maybe 6 or 7pm. I tried to turn on the tv but it doesn’t work. I did hear our neighbor’s tv though. Curious and tried to scan QR code for room service. Doesn’t load. The AC blows air but it won’t blow warm/hot air. Hm, what else… oh, I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels better than this supposedly 4 star hotel. Staff were meh at best. Would I stay here again? No.

I got sick in this room, and I couldn't sleep well

I booked and paid for a specific room, but they assigned me a different one. When I informed them, they allowed me to move to another room, but the humidity was awful, and the noise from the heater was even worse. This room was also quite dark. Overall, it was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

Great location- walkable to Times Square, Broadway, Highline, MSG, and super close to Subway entrances. Staff were friendly, check-in was quick and easy, and the price was right. I'd definitely stay here again!

Very close to Times Square and Madison Square Garden and subway. Area felt safe to walk around and staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed. Room was great, will definitely stay here again in the future.
