Staff was friendly. We didn’t need anything during our week long stay. Room cleanliness was a little suspect. There was someone’s hair clip left from a previous guest up against the bed that I finally threw away on day 4 of our stay. Everything from the linens to the carpet really could use a refresh. From was plenty spacious for our needs but we faced 35th street and you could hear everything in the room. That was disappointing.

Very nice one night stay with the family. The doorman and front desk were wonderful and provided a high end level of service to us during our stay. Something simple but rememberable was that he made paper airplanes for the kids and they were so excited. Sometimes it's the small things and little details like that that really stand out and make you want stay at a place again the next time. Room was clean and typical size for a hotel in this area in NYC. location is great and you are across the street from Black Tap which was a win.

The first night, we had to hot water or heat in the room. They wouldn’t move us, so next morning let allowed us to shower in the room across the hall way. Second day, we moved to a new room, but the accommodations were lacking. The hotel needs repairs and upgrades. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!
