We had a really nice stay here as the location is close to everything the east village has to offer. Lovely staff, downtown artist vibe with small contemporary rooms and panoramic views of the city. (17th floor) Clean and modest yet could use a little update. However, we will definitely come back.

I was hoping for something much better. The rooms are so poorly designed and are outdated. Every knob and switch in the room is broken. The light in the bathroom would turn on randomly. The AC vent straddles the curtain and struggle to hold temperature never mind stay silent.The carpet is extremely worn and tired. I stay all over the city and this is the last place I will stay when I come back.

Nice location and stylish hotel. I felt comfortable. Everything was ok except two things. The first and most important the air conditioning is working very loud, it noisy 24/7.. second is there is no coffee machine in the room. There is the full minibar but no coffee. You either need to order in or go down to get it. This is a very basic thing, it is essential to be able to do your own coffee in the room.

Bed was aweful. The hotel needs to invest in replacing beds and decor for bedding. The staff was great. Location was excellent. Bed is my only complaint. The manager on duty and front desk associates were polite, very accommodating and patient.
