Terrible cell service in room which is especially hard for business travel. Also I find it odd that a hotel this expensive charges $2 to store a suitcase for a few hours. Great location that’s hard to beat.

Top Notch Customer Service

The customer service at this hotel was above and beyond amazing. They are courteous and efficient and knowledgeable.We stayed here two separate times, and each time was beyond our expectations. The rooms are really nicely decorated and roomy. The breakfast in the restaurant is great too. This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful area of New York. This is 100 percent where I would book again on my next trip to NYC!
