A surprise delight!

Although this was a very expensive room, it was also delightful. I was stranded due to airline messes (seems more and more common these days) and decided to splurge for convenience but it felt like a luxurious get away!

Had a 12 hour layover on my way to Japan. The hotel was very convenient to get some rest without having to leave the airport with all my luggage. The room was really nice as well and the staff was friendly.

Would not stay again.

Stranded in Dallas, due to weather delays. Price was jacked to $600 a night. So we figured at least we would be comfortable, but our room smelled of jet fuel exhaust. (Room 229 and we stayed the night of May 6) Headache inducing. Well, it was just like staying at the airport, just as promised. What did I expect?
