Exceptional service and the staff are friendly. The room service was excellent and we asked for late check out because our flight was later and we decided to stay in room since it was raining hard outside and the person who brought our room service brought us a complimentary espresso later on and a little snack so sweet gesture. We booked for a standard room , we didnt like the room because beds are very snall . They offered ıus a suite .with a huge additional amount with a promise of champaign . But it never came. Everyday they said sorry we forgot . We will sent it today. It is a very little issue for a ewelşknown company like mandarin. Additional sofa bed was very unconfortable and very old looking. The location is great but this money is mot worth.
