Wouldn’t stay here again. Only positive was attitude and friendliness of staff and pre-trip concierge assistance. Location great. Size of room was good for NY faced into another part of the hotel but painted gold bed frame was peeling terribly (gross) and pillows were miserable. Clumpy cotton. No turn down service. So many tourists in the lobby you have to dig out your room key every time you enter the hotel. They also add a charge at check in ABOVE the resort fee. $75 per day but you can use $50 as a credit. Strange.

Very clean room. Excellent staff. Adriana was wonderful. I’d say our bed wasn’t the best, but the room was very clean and luxurious.

The Plaza was exactly what we expected - a 5 star hotel experience that will be very difficult to top. If you want to go "all out" on your trip to NYC, this is the hotel for you.
