The stay was good. I was not concerned about my car. The breakfast could have been better, the eggs were cold the muffins were still partly frozen. The phone in the room and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. The hotel and the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. I will stay there again 😀 and recommend this best western!

Nice and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Hotel has extremely thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING the people in the room next door are saying and doing. If the knock or bump the wall you feel it.

Picked this hotel because it is close to the collisum. Stayed at BW before so we have always been pleased with them Only complaint The rate on BW website was $25 less then what I paid with Hotels.com?? Also was given one king bed instead of two queen beds that my reservation said I would have Had to have a handicap room

It's somewhere to stay

Great location. Lots of shopping. Close to coliseum and event center. Full breakfast. Friendly staff. Good water pressure . Comfortable beds. But this place is also lacking in many areas. Bathroom is small. Can't stand and close the bathroom door at the same time. Toilet is janky. Water temperature is average hot. Cleanliness is lacking. Found clumbs of hair, food crumbs and used q tips around the room.
