Awesome

Hotel was awesome staff was friendly rooms where clean and renovated. Lots to do at the hotel never had to leave the hotel. They have a restaurant free breakfast also have two bars one in the court yard by the pool. Relaxing couple of days will definitely be going there again.

Disappointing Stay – Room 458 on April 18 I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room at the back instead of the front, even though we had expected a better view. We were told that we should have added notes for preferences – something that could’ve been communicated more clearly during booking. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, that was a letdown. One jacuzzi wasn’t working, and the other was occupied by the same family for over an hour. When I raised this with the front desk, they said someone would be sent to manage rotations, but no action was taken. To make matters worse, the $20 parking fee felt excessive, and during our stay in Room 458, we also had an issue with the shower — the water was stuck, and we had to call maintenance to get it fixed. Honestly, I regretted not booking the Hilton, which was available at the same price and likely would have provided a more satisfying

Great hotel

Hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. Seemed like the AC in the room wasn’t working. As the rooms can feel humid with how warm the courtyard is. The chlorine fumes can be overwhelming while sitting in the hottub, burns your eyes a bit.

We stayed at the Best Western Cairn Croft and were generally disappointed. The hotel feels outdated and poorly maintained—dingy halls, old carpets, and a musty smell throughout. Found hair in the bathtub, and overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff were indifferent, and there's no tap-to-pay option, which was surprisingly inconvenient for 2025. The kids did enjoy the pool and play area, which are nice in concept but also in need of a deep clean and some attention. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was genuinely good—those were the saving graces of the stay. Wouldn't return unless there are major updates.
