Room keys need to be updated! Our room key did not work had to go to front desk many times for new key. We were advised by front desk keys cannot be near cell phone or iPad devices. Many hotel guests experienced same thing. Hotel said they are working on new keys!!!

Love the concept of this hotel, indoor resort. However unfortunately it was quiet chaotic with the amount of kids in the pool and running around the entire courtyard. We were ok with it but it was a bit much. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Loved all the sitting/loungey areas. Only con that left us uncomfortable was a lady at the front Erin T - she was incredibly rude to my husband and I while we were waiting in the lobby for some (take out) food from the golf restaurant. We also witnessed her reprimand a couple of small kids (who were with their parents) for skipping in the lobby. She's not cut out for customer service and to be honest you could tell she was fishing for conflict, hate to say it but she was a real karen!

Room was nice and close to the exit in thr courtyard which made it a bit quieter from the loud noise. The fire alarm went off which was probably a kid who pulled it so that was eventful. Other than that I would come back but during a less busy time. The children were loud but it is to be expected.

Area around property was hard to assess due to poor weather. Unfortunately with no smoking in the building there was a lot of smoking in the parking lot. But it’s better they are smoking outside than in.

A close by Hotel in Niagara Falls

We have been going to the Cairn Croft Best Western for 20 years plus. A great central pool with trees, hot tubs and lots of sitting areas. The prices here are very economical too.
