The size of the room and the location for visiting Niagara Fallare the best parts. They also have a TV with both satellite channels and the ability to log into your accounts like Netflix. The downside is quite a few things. They only do housekeeping every FOUR DAYS!! We stayed 3 nights (4 days) and never got housekeeping. By the time we left, we had no toilet paper, no soap, the garbages were overflowing significantly and we had to ask for new towels at the front desk several times. The friendliness of people wasn’t great. The only person who was super friendly was one woman at the front desk named Megan. She is great. The other women at the front desk were short and unfriendly and the woman manning the breakfast obviously hates her job. Even if you say “good morning” or “thank you,” you are met with grumbles and glares. I don’t think I saw her smile once, only negative complaints when I heard her speak. The place is okay, but if I had known what I know now after staying, I would have looked into other hotels in the area.

A+ Hospitality for out of town travelers!

The two ladies working the front desk when I checked in were EXTREMELY helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the area. They answered every question I had and recommended restaurants my family might enjoy. I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed in this hotel. My teen kids loved the pool and mini arcade area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Basic accommodations. The tv was a nice size. We had no issues. I would recommend to others and stay again.

Overall, first room was OK. No coffee maker and/or microwave in room. Had a mini fridge. TV didn’t work or wasn't set up properly and fridge wasn't turned on. Also, climate controls wasn't set either. Room was a bit cool. Went to the front desk to let them know, and the nice young lady at the desk, upgraded my room. Queen beds, instead of Doubles. Everything worked in the new room. Breakfast was alright, but they could/should change it up a little. Not having the same thing every morning. I would probably stay here again, if needed.

Everything was refreshed unfortunately the beds were not included. They were as hard as a rock. Everything was clean. The bathroom could use some more counter space. Staff was friendly and helpful. My issue is the area. It is Nextdoor to a weekly older motel. People were hanging outside and just uncomfortable.

Would suggest a dairy(cow) free option milk at the breakfast bar for lactose intolerant people. No coffee maker in the room. :( The rest of the hotel was pretty ordinary. Would suggest moving the smoking area away from the entrance to the hotel. Not a welcoming smell.

The property is pretty old and rooms need renovation. The room had a smell of dust probably from the carpets or the AC filter but it was very prominent and made our stay a bit hkplessant. The rooms were clean though and breakfast was good.Then location was nice, there's a 7 eleven close by and pizza/burger place

Although this property is clearly on the older side, it has been nicely updated somewhat recently and was very clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room with 3 big beds was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son and daughter. It wasn't too far at all from the falls, and extremely close to a mall with lots of food options. We would stay here again!
