Loved this hotel for a cheaper option but still close to the falls. Only thing we didn't like was noise from adjoining rooms. You could hear conversations next door and walking above clearly.

Beautiful room, easy to get to, close to the Canada side. I stayed there with family that did not have passports, so they couldn’t enjoy the good side of Niagara Falls. Staff and service were great

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

Lack of staff hospitality. Why is everyone so miserable? Also the breakfast option was limited and bad tasting. The room was not clean well. The lighta was flickering and wouldn’t turn on, the bathroom towel holder is broken. The pool is cloudy and strong stingy smell of chlorine. Can’t ask staff a question without getting offended. What a horrible experience and waste of money!

Management needs to hire more staff. They only had 1 Clerk on staff - she was very nice and hard working, and courteous to us. Management needs to hire more staff, this hotel is very busy and the day we came their system was down - so they had to help us access our room every time we needed to enter. Management needs to invest more in the little things to make this place better. Overall, it's very clean and was a good stay.

Like: Very nice facility. Clean and modern but also welcoming. Nicely appointed rooms (we had suite). Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and was also very clea. Dislike: The street noise is a little much if your room is on that side. The breakfast nook is a bit small and difficult if you get there during a busy time.

Very clean and comfy!

Very clean, comfortable and safe. If you are looking for a super clean place to rest, this is it. I’d stay here again.

Its all started with terrible check in experience, we reached hotel at 6 pm and reception staff said your room is not ready without offering any timeline or when it will be ready. After argument and finally i was able to get the rooms. When reached in my room, its door was broken so with in 30 minutes we had to move to different room. Next night, when reached hotel at ~11 pm, there were multiple car parked outside of hotel with engine on and loud music and people were making random gestures and when checked at reception they were not not hotel guest. It very awkward to get inside the Hotel. When reached my room there was no water coming to toilet. Overall our stay was very horrible and i will not recommend and will not stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was quite sad food wise, and it was layed out in a very small space which was very difficult to move in with multiple people. Our room wasn't very clean and had a weird odor. They were out of water in the fitness room, and out of tissue in our room. The one positive was we were permitted a late check out since our flight home was later in the day.
