This place was clean and well appointed. The staff was excellent. Kind and very helpful.. A very good choice.. close to downtown dining and entertainment. The falls is a good walk but very nice….

They didn’t have our room we booked with two beds because of water problems. The room we got was a one bed plus a sofa bed that you felt the springs and bed frame as if there was no mattress so I called for another mattress on top of the other but sleeping through the night I sank in the middle of the bed for a bad sleep. The ice machine did not work on the 6th floor where we’re staying so had to go to the first floor for ice twice. The other mattress was also hard my daughter said. Would not recommend this place to stay !

I liked that the lavatory/sink was separate from washroom. There was space to place the luggage on top of the aircon. But room air conditioning wasn't cool enough.
