Room was spotless and staff are really friendly, Jody was a big help, she went the extra mile to get me what I needed. Front desk was friendly, especially Yatta. It was hockey tournament season so the hall ways were pretty loud. Staff was there to help out. To keep the boys quiet. If not I just joined in.

The room was extremely hot and dry. Even after lowering the temperature, it remained hot. I placed an orange on the table, and it felt warm, almost as if it had a fever. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water drained poorly. However, the location is convenient for sightseeing.

We stayed at the days Inn for 2 nights on a Thursday and Friday night. The first night I requested a room close to the pool, sadly they gave us a room right next to the pool door and outside door as well as the ice machine, so we heard people coming and going for most of the night, this is probably the worst location in the hotel. Also being next to the outside door our room was constantly freezing, there was frost under our suitcase which we had on the ledge by the window. For our second night we requested a quieter room in a different location, this room was much nicer, in better shape, nicer decor and was on the third floor. The only downside is there was a hockey tourney staying here and the kids literally ran up and down the halls screaming at full speed and banging on doors until around 12am. This hotel is a great location, only a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill. The pool was also nice... Quite warm and seemed well kept. We paid for breakfast one morning, it's $14.99 for adults and $9.99 for kids and while they hat hot offerings it was very much continental breakfast style, it should be included with the stay even if they charged a bit more per night, feels like a cash grab! Also don't forget you have to pay for parking which is an additional $20 a night but this is standard for staying in Niagara. We got this room really cheap so I feel like it was worth it for what we paid. I would have been less satisfied if we paid more for it. The shower curtain bar kept falling off.

Room was clean. No funny smells. Staff was very professional and friendly. My only complaint is the heater that was a bit noisy. The bed was a little too close to the heater so whenever it came on it would blow on you.

It was a clean hotel,the beds and pillows were comfy. It was a quiet stay and right down the street from Clifton Hill where all the action is. One thing that is important to me at a hotel that mentions breakfast is a good breakfast. This breakfast was the Bare minimum,very disappointed in what they served as breakfast,so if that isn’t as important this is a good hotel for you!

First, let me say the people at the desk. We're exceptionally polite after booging us in. And we walked up to our room. We received a phone call. They had asked if we would like to stay in their room. That we have chosen previously, which made us feel very happy. That's a remembered the room was clean and the amenities were excellent. The pool area was nice and clean to walk around water was at the correct temperature. We really enjoyed ourselves. You haveyou've highly recommend? The front desk staff are amazing. Dana, in particular was very pleasant to talk to and made me feel special for spending my 40th birthday (tomorrow) with them. All around awesome, and I don't think that's something you can train. She's naturally awesome. You've got a good one with that lady.
