Great stay overall for a family

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area with great amenities. Everything went smoothly. The only surprise was the daily parking fee, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

I was unable to stay at the property due to one of the adults in my party not being accepted into Canada. We reached out to the hotel directly to see if they could transfer us to a sister hotel on the NY side or help us in any way and was told to reach out to expedia directly. We did and expedia reached out to the hotel for a refund in order to get anotger hotel for us but the hotel refused to refund. Overall both expedia and the hotel were very unhelpful and we will not be using expedia again.
