Beds were great ! Breakfast buffet was barely warm and there wasn’t a microwave to heat anything up ? Apples in the buffet were old . Asked for a shower cap at the front desk ( forgot mine ) and they wanted to charge me for it 😡

Our stay was ok. The breakfast was pretty standard. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was filled in. We were hoping to sit in the hot tub while the kids swam. The kids did like the pool and the temperature of the water and pool room were great. But it was difficult to see the falls and still have enough time for the kids to swim since the pool closed at 8p and check in was at 4p. We were surprised there was no bar soap for the shower or sink but guess you’re supposed to use the body wash instead? Unfortunately as we were packing up we found a squished jellybean in one of the beds, and we didnt bring any jellybeans with us.

Cuando llegamoa Un estaba sucia la habitacion q nos asignaron luego los cambiaron y tuvimos q esperar q la limpiaran tambien, el personal nada agradable, la comida del desayuno malisima, y en la Limpieza de la Habitacion limpiaron solo el bano No tendieron las camas Ni dejaron la habitacion limpia.

This is an ok property. I'd probably stay here again. The room was good, the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was there was no inpection notice on the elevator and it was a bumpy ride and the door seemed really sluggish.

Property was not cleaned the pool needed a good scrub was dirty all around. The rooms were not cleaned it looked like it was just a quick clean. There was hair in our bathroom it needed a good vacuumed. The breakfast was a joy from 6-9 who wakes up at that time needed to be at least till 11:00.
