This hotel requires numerous improvements. The first one is related to your parking lot; despite paying $45 for parking, we never received a spot and I have to park in various locations. The purpose of having a parking log within the same hotel area is to ensure that we are close enough to both the car and the hotel, especially during these cold winters. Second, the door was jammed, and I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for it to be fixed. Third, TV technology is out of date; there are no proper Internet channels for TV. There is no microwave or kettle, and the water bottles are not Marriott-branded. If you buy a pack of water, it will cost between $2 and $3 for 16-24 case packs. I am surprised Mariot does not provide their own water bottles in such a luxurious setting.
