We found bedbugs when we arrived. We had a long discussion with the manager and they didn't want to refund. Finally, we got an 80% refund and we left as fast as we could. Pictures show the place way better than it is, and given the price we thought it wouldn't be that bad for a short stay. We were wrong. Worst place ever. We placed a claim to get the refund of the amount left

I wasn’t happy the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room and the owners never in the office and the beds are not comfy I have a bad back and my door never locked.. never again I had fun at Niagara Falls but I wasn’t happy with the hotel ..

Clean beds and toilet. The toilet had bidet which is great. Good location. The flush did not work at times. The bathtub was getting jammed very frequently. The toilet's lock was not working. The carpets were dirty. Unfortunately the AC in my room was not cooling. However, the other room that my other family members took was working very well.

Amazing location, but poor room condition.

Great location that is very close to Clifton Hill street, Skylon tower and the falls. The staff members are kind and polite. The building is very old though, and the room was not very clean. We had 2 cockroaches inside the room, the microwave was smelling some kind of food. They do not provide coffee machine, only microwave and small fridge.

Very clean. Close to everything. Good price. Great staff. Good vibes. Room next to restaurant vent and smoke was entering room which made it hard to breathe. Overall good stay. Everything I expected for a 1-2 star hotel.
