Great Stay

The view on the 11th floor was amazing. The location was great. There are a lot of places to eat that are in walking distance. Treat yourself and get the Juliet balcony. View is beautiful. The room is comfortable although the carpet and furniture can use a cleaning. Staff is friendly. Self parking is $45 Canada $ which is a bit steep.

Wonderful Views and Location

We stayed 2 nights for my son’s birthday and we had an amazing trip. The hotel is very nice and modernized. The lobby, amenities, hallways and room were very clean. The service was excellent and all staff were very attentive. Express checkout was very easy. We did use the waterpark and had dinner at Hard Rock Cafe. These were very nice too. The arcade beneath the hotel leads right onto Clifton hill. The view of the falls was nice. We were on the 10th floor. Access and location to Clifton hill was excellent as well. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would definitely return.

Mary and Alice at the front desk are TERRIFIC! We had a maintenance issue with our room that wasn't resolved when it was supposed to be. When they found out, they handled it quickly and professionally.

Many of the staff members were not friendly, especially in the dining area during breakfast. The food quality for breakfast was horrible. We also ordered food for dinner and we could not even have a bite of it. The temperature for the pools water was absolutely cold.

Absolutely ridiculous. I was charged an additional fee just because I had my 2 yr old with me, not a pet — my kid. Apparently, this hotel thinks charging extra for a human makes sense. Never in my life have I been nickel-and-dimed like this. Do better .. very disappointed

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Definitely get a fallsview room; the view of the falls is great! Only disappointment is that their balcony rooms no longer have actual balconies, only juliet balconies. We specifically booked a "balcony" room :(

Niagara Falls was right in sight, and it was good to go out and go around in the evening. The building itself did not look so neat because it was old. It was nice that the elevator came quickly It was uncomfortable to park, but the same goes for other hotels nearby.
