The Concierge staff was excellent, especially Jack, very, nice, friendly and informative. The buffert was good, just needed more option's. The only problem was, the 20th floor hallway was extremly too cold.

Bait and switch

It felt like we were charged for every little thing. We had to pay for parking. They advertise the water park but by the way it costs extra. They have onsite restaurants but you can't find prices on their site. Our rooms window looked out into a concrete box with skylights a couple of floors up. I'm sure they had some of the extra costs listed somewhere but it felt like a bait and switch. Beds were comfortable, bathroom floor had hair on it. The rooftop pool was enjoyable with a nice view.

Fantastic location, great amenities, great hotel overall. Just a few drawbacks: - because of its popularity and location, check-in times are atrocious. Suggestion for hotel: Have a lock-box style place where you place keys for rooms that are ready. You send an SMS with the code to the lockbox to the party when the room is ready. They arrive, they take the key, boom, job's done! - elevator wait times can be hairy at peak hours. There are only 3 elevators that go to floors 13-22 so that means you'll have to wait sometimes quite a few minutes for an elevator

The hotel was very good. EXPEDIA was the PROBLEM!!! We paid for a room with two queen beds, fall view and equipped with JET TUB. But, expedia Booked a regular one. However it charged us for the expensive room!! Even Expedia charged us 100 CAD more than the real reservation fee! Totally untrusted!!

It's close proximity to the falls, clifton hill, waterpark. Only downside was we got a room without windows at all, it was relatively dark and it felt depressing. Washroom was renovated (great and clean!) but too small. One can barely rotate without touch the wall within the washroom.

The property was nice and the location is the best thing about this hotel. Upon arrival it was a fast check-in and easy to get to our room. Once inside I noticed a mark on the ceiling, bleach spots from a bleach pen on the bed sheets the tv didnt load anything and when we showered the water would pour out onto the floor. I went to let the reception know there was water leaking out and he said maintenance will be up but nobody came. The tv issue got fixed but the leaking didnt, i semt a text to reception and they saidbthe same thing and nobody ever came so we had to constantly use our towels to soak up water and ring them out (not much of a vacation if I have to do all of that). The neighbors were super loud I could hear them like they were right next to me. The rooftop pool is shallow 4 feet so they do not have a deep end at all. The indoor pool is 3 feet deep and just ok. When we went to leave my invoice said i was charged for parking when I told the receptionist that we didnt have a car. We took 2 trains to get there. Now on my way home (still currently on the train) I have to try to get my money back. I thought this hotel would be more than what it was and with ALL the hassle of the water everywhere constantly and manually ringing out towels without no solution I am very underwhelmed by this hotel. Compensation should be given at this point!

We were given the option to stay in a room without a view to the outside after someone on staff cancelled our reservations, three separate family members all with separate reservations, because of what they claimed was peak season. We traveled all the way from Kansas City, KS by car to Niagara Falls to arrive at the hotel for check in around 4:00 to be told our reservations were canceled. So the room that we reserved with the view was no longer available.
