The hotel was excellent, staff helpful and friendly. I was on the 22nd floor and it was just wonderful. A stones throw away from the Falls, amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel, top class 10 out of 10 all day long.

We loved everything about the ppty and our room. The view was amazing. The only issue was that the bodywash / shampoo pods were empty in the shower. Its inconvenient to have to ask for them when you're already started showering.

I visited Niagara with my family of 4 on July 28, 2025. They really wanted to stay at this location because of the distance to the falls and the rooftop pool. Unfortunately the only room that was available was room 338 on the third floor. This room has no view, a make shift window but absolutely no view. (I knew this prior to booking). We decided to try to upgrade once we got there. The woman at the front desk stated they were completely booked. Room 338 was dark and depressing. The soap in the bathroom by Gilchrist and Soames has no suds. If you like your rag very soapy, this will not suffice. Bring your own bath soap. The bathroom was relatively clean except for the vents above. Overall, my stay for the 2 days we were there was ok. We did go to the rooftop it had a great view. We visited the italian restaurant but decided to go elsewhere. The gym was clean and has a variety of machines. If i visit again hopefully we can get a better room.

The beds and showers were amazing. The pool was not balanced PH wise and was closed for the day which was a real bummer with 5 kids. The hotel is very crowded but is right in the midst of everything and just steps from Clifton Hill.

Overpriced all things considered.

So so. The hottest day of the year and the outdoor pool was closed; there is no hot tub or sauna. The bedsheet smelled bad. The AC leaked soaking the carpet in the room. What they charge for bottled drinks in the lobby is well beyond highway robbery. The wait time at the check in while I stood there and the employee stood there looking at the computer, was the longest I have ever waited in my life. Very bizarre.

We booked this hotel six weeks in advance, requesting a nice view, as we were traveling far with my three children—none of whom had ever seen Niagara Falls. We were really hoping for a special experience. Instead, we arrived to find a room with no view at all—not even a window. Despite booking a room that claimed to sleep five, it had just two beds, no sofa, and absolutely no room to add a cot. There were only three towels provided for our family of five, and even after requesting more, they never arrived. We also asked for a luggage cart to help bring everything in from the parking garage, but that never showed up either. We ended up making two exhausting trips—twice—dragging luggage while also managing all three small kids. None of that would have happened if we just had access to a cart but we were told they were for the VIP guests. The whole stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and chaotic. We barely slept. The breif time we went to the pool it was packed and someone threw up so we had to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not families traveling from out of town hoping for a memorable visit.

My family of 4 visited and there was only one little bottle of water in the room and the bedding had stain marks. For the price we paid ive had better at not so fancy hotels. Microwave and ice machine was on a different floor, total inconvenience. We made the best of what we had but you guys can do better with what you charge.

Wonderful hotel. Beds super comfy. Shower is incredible and very nice. Very Clean. Staff were attentive and kind. Outdoor pool was beautiful. Great location overall. Would def stay here again in a heartbeat!
