Good but needs a little work

Nice property in a quiet location with a nice view. If I had to find fault, the toilet paper is terrible, one step up from a Cuban all inclusive type quality. Some of the in-room furnishings (carpet included), have seen better days. A couple of wine glasses in the room would be nice. I’d stay here again, but not for a high price. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices. Clean breakfast area as well.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is central to the waterfront and downtown, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel itself is very clean. Would definitely come back and visit when it's not snowing.

The Hotel was clean and quiet. When we checked in we realized there was no bath tub, just a shower. Due to a medical condition I need a tub. We asked front desk if we could switch to a room with a bath tub. She checked and said no because we had booked with Expedia, set rooms only and there were no Expedia rooms with a tub. We will most likely not be booking with Expedia again

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was great. We left the front desk a short list of things that should be tended to in the room. Wish we had utilized their selection of games.
