Compare Family Hotels in North Central Austin

Stayed 4 days (3 nights). The rooms were not serviced. Elevator and stairs were not clean (there was even a preservative on the stairs…for two days..). Breakfast was very poor… even cereal bowls weee not there… lots of opportunities to improve…

Breakfast was great! Very clean and well stocked, Staff was outstanding.

Stay was great. My complaint is the pillows. As soon as you pay your head that thing flattened out badddddd. Actually kept me up for a couple hours. So definitely didn’t get a good nights sleep. Luckily check out is a little late and that what saved the stay

Very nice a clean hotel with great amenities and even better location!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of towels and lighting in the room was good. Our air conditioner did not work in our room and we had to pay extra for parking, $42.76 per night, had to pay $50 deposit, which we weren’t aware of this before we arrived at the hotel. I’m not sure if we will stay there on our next trip to Austin.

Valet parking was a little over priced and extremely slow to get your vehicles when called everytime I waited over 25-30 mins
