We loved the location was clean; we asked to change the room with a view and were happy to change. My wife was disappointed with the pool. Was a kids' pool not really for adults? The rec room was locked and not accessible. The staff were very friendly. We had the free breakfast and went back to the room to gather our bags, but the door was locked. It wasn't close to check out time, and we were confused why the door key did not work, getting house keeper to open for us.

We were stuck across from the laundry room. Anytime someone used it we heard it. The mattresses kept sliding off the platform where I ended up cutting my ankle !

We had a great time the staff is great, but the reason i gave 4 stars is do to the pool, and how cold it was. I had to jump straight into the hot tub just so I was freezing cold.

Although our room was newly renovated, which they told us about, it wasn’t totally renovated. There was some repainting the bathroom was not redone. The caulking was horrible. I would never take a bath in that tub. The toilet seat was completely scratched. Wallpaper was falling off and look, rusty or moldy or something . The new TV on the wall didn’t turn enough so that you could even watch it in bed and there was only one chair in the room if you wanted to put it in front of the TV the breakfast coffee in the morning was horrible and the breakfast was not edible Staff we’re very very friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be back. The hotel wasn’t even half filled and in order to check out and get a cart to bring your luggage down we had to wait a half an hour, cause there were only two carts for the entire facility. Ugh
