This spacious home is wonderful for a large family gathering or for 2 families to come together to share their time at the beach and it's Pet Friendly! Enjoy the open living room and dining room, the newly renovated fully equipped kitchen or the upstairs den with a private balcony to take in the beautiful Atlantic. Also provided for your enjoyment are 3 TV's, DVD, free Wifi, a Foosball Table in the upstairs den as well as a card table, a new walk-in shower in the downstairs bath, washer/dryer, outdoor patio with a charcoal grill and 2 car parking. Would not rent this house again.

The house was in a safe convenient location, but it was very dirty. Carpets had not been cleaned in God knows how long and there were goldfish crackers all over the place (up stairs and down). The walls, doors, floors and bathrooms were all dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The upstairs bedroom door knob (room on the left) would not work. It was difficult to open and close the door. The upstairs shower did not drain worth a hoot. The dryer broke half way through our stay and we had to go use a laundry mat to dry some clothes. Definitely not worth the costs and will not stay there again.

Great Location

The property was placed just 2 or 3 blocks from the beach. When we got there it looked exactly as described in the listing. One complaint we had is we could tell that the floors had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. (I want to be clear that we did not contact the property leasing agency about the floors, but i know they would have been right on it if we would have asked.) We ended up cleaning the floors ourself and it all worked out. Air worked great. Lots of sleeping options. There was not much organization in the kitchen. There were cooking utensils and pots spread in all sorts of places. There was also no tupperware. So if you plan on staying a week, keeping leftovers is difficult. It was so nice having access to the pool and to a washer and dryer. Check in and check out process was easy and seamless. If you have young kids, infants and toddlers, there is not any baby proofing so be sure to bring a baby gate and prepare for them to be in the many cabinets. Overall, it was a great trip and we liked the property. Could use some modern touches as it was a little outdated but overall very homey.

Nice house.

We had to quickly find another house to rent for Thanksgiving after 1 place canceled our booking the night before we were to check in. Found this nice little gem and was able to book and still keep our travel/Thanksgiving plans. Loved the upstairs loft area. Directly beside the pool, although it's closed at this time of year. Would definitely look into renting again.

Pros: The house is convenient to pool and 2 blocks from beach. Nice layout of home and spacious. Nice appliances. Cons: dishes were plentiful but pans were broken and warped. Take a good pan of you go. Mold present on wall at fireplace. Sticky carpet. Trash behind furniture. Petrified poop on the porch. Beds were hard but ok, sofa bed a no. HOA scheduled pest control to come spray INSIDE the unit without any notice or consideration. We had naked people inside, Caused dog to puke and a child to have a skin reaction. They responded by telling me chemicals are fine for children and pets and they have no control over the property. We had to leave the home that day. We will not stay here again.

Beach vacation!

The house is a short easy walk to the beach which we loved! The pool is nice, but not heated and shared with the whole condo association. The house itself is older and in need of a very deep cleaning but I was able to bring my dog so I dealt with it. There is a balcony with a small view of the ocean but it is falling apart.

Stayed here with family and friends and location was close to the beach. Two family rooms were ideal. Could use an ice machine in freezer because you always need ice. Outdoor seating could be upgraded for the new season but was very satisfied with the house and would recommend.

Great place to stay

Was my first time to see the ocean in my 48 trips around the sun. Place was clean,spacious ,and well stocked with linens. Location is great short walk to the beach and just far enough away from the congestion. Had a small problem logging into the WiFi but the realitor had someone show up shortly and figured it out, wrong password.My family and I had a great week with no regrets. Would defiantly stay here again

My wife and I stayed with my son, two daughters and two son in laws plus one well behaved dog. We had plenty of room which was key. Worked well for family game night, family dinner , etc but everyone had enough privacy as well.

Happy Times

I was so pleased with the house. I brought my daughter and four grandchildren with me. Having the beach just minutes away and a pool so close was amazing. The children stayed up stairs and had a blast. We are will be coming back. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. My son-n-law was deployed early and the children have taken it really hard. But this trip help put beautiful smiles back on their faces.

Great place for a few families

There were 3 families in our group and we're very comfortable. The house was close enough to the beach and we felt like we had a private pool, even though it was shared with a few other properties. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.
