"I found Feces on the floor while walking to the elevator when we arrived the next day the fences was still in the same area but dry! I adviced the staff and took a picture that I will post , after seeing this it was very hard to eat , thus is very unsanitary"

"Todo el hotel está muy bien, pero los meseros de los restaurantes no tienen ni la más mínima atención y muy mal servicio. Si vas en plan todo incluido, “se esconden” de uno. También se me hizo muy malo que cobraran $200 pesos para ingresar al gimnasio. Las instalaciones están bien, la comida es buena ..."
