Book Dormero Nuremberg accommodation from NZ$117

Staff member at initial reception was very unfriendly and came across as lacking in hospitality training. The room however was very good. Clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Parking was safe and easy under the hotel with lift to room. Cost was €18. Restaurant was not open for evening meal. Would recommend Tucker-Brau a short walk away.

It's a great hotel, well located adjacent to old town and next to train station. The only negative, if you book thru expedia, the chain seems to be offended vs booking on their site. Expedia booking seems to lead to lower end rooms and never upgrades. Otherwise everything with the hotel is super.

The Registration desk hyped the breakfast (at 28 euros each), so I went for it. Absolutely awful. Asked for eggs over easy; they eventually were served to me hard and cold. Asked for orange juice. Never got it. Asked for sausage. Never got it. Had to chase server down to get anything. The room was fine; but the restaurant and breakfast are very poor. I complained to the front desk; they said that was too bad, and charged me full price. I will never stay there again, and I urge others to avoid it.

We had a very nice time in Nuremberg and part of that was the hotel. It was excellent!

Breakfast is great.

Only cleaned room every 2 nd day , had cut my finger and had some blood on my sheets I did show the sheets to the cleaning staff and nothing was cleaned . Not very impressed
