Staff were so helpful. Jackson ( I think), was excellent to highlight one of many. Nothing was too much trouble.he followed up on any query. Made sure we were comfortable in the heat, had plenty refreshments liaised with the chef the theme of excellent service is a common theme for the hotel. The hotel is historical. Well looked after beautiful grounds and proximity to local food options. I didn’t use the restaurant as I explored the neighbourhood with friends. The spa could be better explained especially lockers and changing but it was very well kept and again staff were helpful. Pool was lovely next time I will try the gym too. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Well appointed and comfortable, as one would expect of a Marriott

I stayed on business for 2nights ( we used the conference facilities which are excellent) The main thing of note was the staff who were without exception excellent. From checking to the night porter all went the extra mile. Of particular note was a freshly cooked breakfast.

The hotel is a beautiful building in an amazing rural setting. The room was spacious and luxurious and the food at breakfast and dinner was superb. The staff were all really friendly and helpful especially Dave the concierge and Shirley the breakfast waitress, who really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

The VOCO is not just my favourite hotel in Leicester, but it’s my favourite hotel. I am particularly enamoured with its room styling and exquisite comfort. Voco Is an experience and in a chaotic world, this is the perfect place to rejuvenate and relax, with that oh so special VOCO treatment. Make sure you book breakfast!

Lovely, clean room. Great location for Donnington race circuit. Staff in restaurant were so helpful.
