I liked the location, but parking lot is to small. I noticed dirt on top of the AC in my room. I believe the filter needed to be changed condensation was dripping from it.

The property offered a great stay. Staff is friendly and caring and helpful. Rooms were nice sized grwat balcony. Restaurant below was nice and had good options. The area was close to boardwalk but quiet at night and relaxing. It is also smoke free which was a huge PLUS!!!

It was fine…

The location is pretty good however we were bummed to find out that the Boardwalk Tram is no longer operational. We had to drive to the southern end of the boardwalk when in the past we’ve walked all the way down and caught the tram back at the end of the evening. We stayed in a double room and it was very small for a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. The bathroom was barely big enough for one person. Not at the top of my list for places I’ve stayed, but comfortable and clean enough for the price we paid. The parking lot is extremely tight and I did worry a little about my car getting hit, but that never happened.
