DO NOT BOOK!!

We stay in bad places many times sense we travel all the time but this place was a joke. Seriously. Booked 2 queens with a fold out couch......3 adults and our daughter..... Not sure if doubles or queens so will leave that there. No couch just a crap chair so had to squeeze all 3 of us in 1 bed!!! A/c was off upon arriving (11pm) and took a good 4 hours to cool it down to stop sweating!!!! Went to shower at 10:30am and ZERO hot water. No joke it was ice cold and wouldnt warm up so no shower!!! Also not a nice area and the parking lot lights were all out!!! (Make sure your armed if you still decide to stay here) All in all theres way better hotels around the area and some cheaper. This place should be down in the 70 range ones not over a 100!!! Seriously... book somewhere else.

Missed the point

Clerk was excellent, nice and helpful. HOWEVER the only reason I booked this hotel is because they told me that their airport shuttle began at 3 a.m., and when I got there they told me that it begins at 7 a.m. I would have stayed elsewhere if what I was told in advance was accurate.

I had concerns about where I stayed. The pictures on expedia definitely did not represent what the hotel is in real life. Cut my hand on the door where the latch should have flushed the wall but didn't. I asked the hotel lobby customer service to call me concerning my issues. She said she would but never did. I ended up checking out 1 night early on a 2 night stay because of the conditions. They would not address my concerns nor refund me though the hotel was at 30% capacity at best. Not to mention all the homeless roaming the parking lot regardless of the time of day.
Not flush and cut my hand in the shower as I exited.

Almost thought the place was out of service. Not a single light was on in the lobby during check in. Like no other check in I’ve ever experienced. If it hadn’t been a clean room, beds soft and shower having good water pressure, I would have given this place a one star instead of 2.
