Well, to begin with simple things like no tissues in our tissue box and no lamp on our lampshade. The microwave was not hooked up. And the blow dryer blew up on me. I was worried it would light on fire. There was a stove, but no cookware to use on the stove. The fitness room was an absolute disaster. There were no cleaning supplies. There were no towels. It was dusty and dirty. There was a water machine that was broken, which I was relying on with a water bottle. The breakfast buffet was subpar. I had to ask for a new blow dryer before I received one three times. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Very all over the map, tv remote was hard to operate, no blow dryer, non working lights in the room. Wi-Fi was never working and when I got up the first morning after checking in, there was a huge MOUSE in my room. Called front desk, no room to move to. Finally packed and left. Came back since I still had 2 nights to go. New room same ole thing. This is a VERY unorganized hotel! Do not stay here. I paid good money and they didn’t offer anything to compensate. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

The motel was clean and easy to find. There was a lot of noise from the highway and the other nearby motels aren’t finished. I’m not sure if it was something on the side or roof of our building that made an irregular noise all night, but it did make it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

Excellent breakfast and staff immediately provided another room when we notified them our window did not lock. We didnt report, but the bathroom door also would not close and the bedspread appeared to have gross "stuff" on it. They moved us to another bigger room where the light above the bathroom mirror did not work, the couch was nasty and the microwave was falling off and the bedspread again appeared to have "stuff" on it. We slept well and ate well. We will not use this one again.

OKC weather strikes again.

Hotel was in a great spot very close to downtown. I had flooding from the winter storm so needed to rent a room. The room is very large. Much bigger than I expected or needed. It’s a full kitchen & living area, seperate bedroom and shower only bath. My stay was fine, they also have a very small fee for pets, $25 hands down less than everywhere else I’ve stayed. Only complaint is that EVERY time I left my room at night, my card key wouldn’t work when I returned. That was a pain.

Decent but room for improvement

Building very clean, receptionist is very friendly, mattress very comfortable and bathroom very big tub. Great hygiene items, and water pressure was excellent! Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM and staff pushing us for the closing of the time. Elevator was missing a button so it took us longer than usual to get an elevator call.
