I would stay here again - though it seemed like they either did a great job or totally missed, ie the bed/linens/towels/washcloths were all great and comfortable and plenty for our stay, but the tv remote did work for the tv so it had to manually turned off and on as well as manually adjust the volume.

Had to change rooms 2 due to being messy. My sheets wetr dirty as if they werent chnaged. They didnt seem to care to give a refund or compensate for the inconvenience.

When checked into hotel the AC did not work. Asked to be moved aftervthe electrician said it was not working. Finally after 2 hours we were moved to another room where AC still didnt work. Also charged forca safe that didnt work. Very disappointed with the service we received. They acted like it was our fault about AC and safe. Poor customer service. Will never stay here again.

I had last minute changes to my itinerary, including a LATE check-in, and Beau was beautiful in accommodating me. He brought extra blankets to my room before I arrived and was very understanding. All staff members we encountered were kind and helpful. The property is well maintained. Great for an overnight stay.

We stayed during the week, it was very quiet & easily accessible, good parking, room was clean. 2nd time we stayed here, we were not disappointed either time. Breakfast selection was good and area clean. We did have a false fire alarm late afternoon, early evening, where we went outside to wait but it was cleared up right away. Just wish the restaurant next door (Classen Grill) was open later than 2 pm. Was looking for a good meal , close, within walking distance, since we were from out of town and my husband was in bed to recoup from a surgery he had at OU Dean McGee Eye Institute, we ordered in and were very satisfied with the Pizza House meal, it was very good. Highly recommend. Did not try the pool & hot tub like the first time we stayed, but the timer for the hot tub was fixed (unlike the last time we stayed back in January for my husband's first eye surgery) & other people were enjoying it.
