Stay here was terrible…our room was dirty, our door didn’t lock properly..the sink backed up. Housekeeping was terrible and felt unsafe. Never again, and for that nightly rate this should be a better hotel. I give it a (- 10) rating

Rooms are tiny with basically just enough room to fit a bed barely... the property was clean but everything was very old and worn. The shower head in the bathroom was dripping all night and the cable didn't work , when I asked the front desk they were unapologetical about it and told me the cable must be out because they had gotten another complaint about it and for the shower they told me that they would have someone fix it the next day which did nothing to help me. Overall I felt it was overpriced and lacking quality. I felt safe there and it wasn't dirty but it wasn't comfortable and I couldn't wait to leave and won't be back.

We love this place! We stay here every time we visit our son at NAU. The bar/lounge is our favorite. The music, board games, bartenders, fire pits are amazing. Rooms are so cute. They just need to use fabric softener bc every time we stay here, we have a firework show all night bc of the sparks coming off of the blankets and sheets. Beds and pillows so comfy. Love the Vietnamese coffee in the room. Highly recommend but bring the fabric softener spray with you.

One of my favorite hotels!! Reminds me of old ski lodges when families could afford to stay on property! Keep up the solid work. Will definitely be back for next years winter szn.

Gross! Outdated! Horrible accommodations. From the furnishings to the linens. Old and gross!!
